Today Year 3 have had a real life race car driver come into our class. Mr Sherratt came in and explained all about why friction is so important when you are racing and why it's needed to make you go faster! We then got to look around his car and see the tyres, as well as the engine and some of its racing scratches! We even got to see it start up! We had a fabulous time and really learnt a lot. Thank you very much Mr Sherrat for coming in and sharing your expertise with us!
